The Board of Trustees

BFK Equestrian Foundation is a natural outgrowth of BFK Equestrian Enterprises, an internationally known horse show management company.  Horse shows, especially international horse shows, are very expensive to present and sponsorship is needed to educate the public and to make opportunities available to underfinanced riders. Many Sponsors want to directly participate in the education or support aspect of equestrian shows, so setting up a Foundation to enable them to contribute to equestrian sports with tax-deductible contributions made sense.  The BFK Equestrian Foundation has been awarded 501(c)3 tax-exempt status.

Its further purpose is to promote and encourage a high standard of accomplishment of horsemanship and sportsmanship primarily through horse shows, grants, and educational programs.

 The BFK Equestrian Foundation will:

v      work to serve and promote the best interests of equestrian sports by providing funding for the education of promising riders

v       encourage equine and human medical research, and support other charitable organizations.

Any contribution level is welcome.   Single show and in-kind donations are also accepted.  A complete program is available for review. Donors are thanked in every BFK Foundation publications and also receive   mention in many print ads, show program ads, electronic newsletter and website ads, may hang banners in the arenas, and have access to preferred vendor spaces at shows.

Through cooperative agreements with show managers in the Southwest, donor acknowledgements will also be featured in show programs and at showgrounds in Colorado and surrounding states.  Additional opportunities are sought to expand coverage through similar partnering opportunities with other show managers throughout the US.

Your advertisement will appear in every show program of shows managed by BFK Equestrian Enterprises.  This includes shows in the Mid-Atlantic and lower New England areas.    Depending on the package, your ad will be in the show program and may include electronic newsletter and website exposure, banners in the arenas, and a vendor space at shows.

Advertisements will be seen by competitors across the US and Canada who attend the national championship shows that BFK Equestrian is chosen to present fairly regularly as well as the international dressage show, CDI3* Allentown, presented over Labor Day Weekend.
